I am very pleased to be selected to serve as the Interim Superintendent of the Revere Local School District as your Board of Education conducts a search for a new Superintendent. I wish the School Board well as it conducts this search and Randy Boroff well as he enters retirement.

Revere schools has a long standing reputation of being a high quality, high performing school district.  It is also recognized for the exceptional way in which the schools, parents and the communities work together for what is best for the students. I am pleased to report that during the time spent in your school district in December, I find everything illustrates that this reputation is the case.

As Interim Superintendent I have two major responsibilities. The first responsibility is to work with the staff, parents, communities and Board of Education to keep things running as smoothly as possible for our students. The second responsibility is to do what I can to enhance the opportunities for success of your next superintendent.

I look forward to working with everyone towards meeting these responsibilities. Let’s work together to have the best possible remainder of the school year for our students.

Dr. P. Joseph Madak
